WELCOME!
We would like to continue the well-established series of workshops with the 7-th edition in Borsa, Romania. This will enhance the map of our meetings Eastwards, and hopefully it will be a good opportunity to enlarge our group of mountain cartographers. Old friends and members will meet again in a new setting, the Carpathian Mountains.
The workshop reunites mountain cartographers, map designers, practitioners and scientists in the field.
Main themes are:

- Relief mapping and visualization
- Tourist mapping projects—good practice guide
- 3D mapping
- Topographic mapping
- Visualization, animation, new techniques
